Jose Angel Lara, Principal
Career and Technology experience, as well as international high school experience in China. Currently, he has been appointed as the principal of Green B. Trimble Tech High School, a legacy high school of the Fort Worth Independent School District.
Mr. Lara is the former principal of Miller Language Academy at Lake Worth Independent School District where he successfully reopened the school during the COVID-19 pandemic and worked to move the campus out of Improvement Required status. Previously, he served as the Director of Alternative Education at the Keller Independent School District where he improved upon the alternative education program, resulting in a 200% graduation rate increase. Prior to that, he was the first international principal of the Rugao International Academy by way of the Beijing Foreign Studies University in China. As an international principal, he was a critical member of a team, tasked with obtaining academic accreditation from the Chinese Department of Education for the newly established international K-12 academy. He also worked closely with the Beijing Foreign Studies University Department of Education in successfully obtaining approval and accreditation for the secondary school A Levels curriculum from Cambridge University.
Mr. Lara’s additional educational experience consists of being a school administrator with the Crowley ISD and Dallas ISD. At Crowley ISD, he served as a principal of an intermediate campus, principal of the Disciplinary Alternative Education Program, and as the Dean of Students at the district's Career and Technology Center. At Dallas ISD, he was a high school assistant principal at L.G. Pinkston High School.

Dr. Brandon Rogers, Assistant Principal
12th- Seniors, Math, Specialized Education
Dr. Rogers is a proud native of Fort Worth, Texas and a product of Fort Worth ISD. From 2021-2023, he served as an Assistant Principal for six nationally ranked high schools housed on the campus of Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Magnet Center in Dallas ISD. Prior to his role as a campus administrator, Mr. Rogers served as a Transition Specialist for six years at a Fort Worth ISD high school where he developed and coordinated graduation plans for high school students with special needs. Mr. Rogers taught in Fort Worth ISD for six years as a math inclusion teacher, ELAR inclusion teacher, and head track coach on two middle school campuses.
Dr. Rogers earned a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Tarleton State University. He also holds a master’s degree from Texas Christian University in Education Administration and an undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas.
Alicia Johnson, Assistant Principal
10th- Sophomores, Science, Fine Arts
Mrs. Johnson is serving her second year as an administrator of Trimble Tech High School. She attended Western Hills from kindergarten to third grade and completed the rest of her education in Weatherford ISD. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science from Tarleton State University. She also attended Sul Ross University to obtain her Masters in Educational Leadership. She has been in Education for 9 years, all with the Fort Worth Independent School District. When not at Trimble Tech, you can find Mrs. Johnson enjoying the outdoors, coaching her son's soccer team, or reading a book. As a lifelong learner, my goal is to always inspire EVERY student and continue to grow as a leader.
Deonda Wilson, Assistant Principal
9th - Freshman, Social Studies, Foreign Language & Master Scheduling
Deonda Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University, a Master's in Education from Stephen F. Austin University and her administrative certificate from The University of Texas at Arlington. Ms. Wilson has been with the Fort Worth Independent School District since 1999.
